Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain items, including personalized/custom products, personal care goods, sale items, gift cards, perishables, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.

For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies as required by law. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
